Return and Refund Policy

Please review our Returns & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order at LUME VIBE. We pride ourselves on offering bespoke products crafted for each unique individual. Our commitment to high quality and sustainability means we avoid mass production, and each package is meticulously prepared and dispatched with the utmost care.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, immediately contact us for a replacement with a proper image of the product showing the defect and original packaging.or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order details and a description of the defect when contacting our customer service.

Order Cancellation and Returns for Non-Defective Products:

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging.

If customers like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order shipping charges and return pick up charges Rs 250 less than 1KG , Rs 350 over 1KG

An additional 5% of the total order cost is deducted as a non-refundable transaction fee.

The processing time for reverse shipment is 2-3 weeks. It includes the shipment picked-up time to add it to the returns. The reverse shipping 

1. If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

2. Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

3. If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

Refunds for non-defective returns are issued as an E-Voucher, deducting the applicable fees.

Non-Returnable Items

All items from our ART collections are non-returnable. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as an E-Voucher to the email provided at purchase and can be redeemed on your next order.

Color Accuracy:

While we strive to display accurate colors in our product images, variations may occur due to your device's display settings. We recommend checking your device’s settings before placing an order
